I was contacted by a recruiter and also referred by someone who works there. The whole process was really smooth and easy to follow. It started with a recruiter call, then an on-site interview, and there was also a casual chat to learn more about the company. I got a lot of useful information from both the recruiter and the people I interviewed with. Everyone was really friendly and upfront about the good things and the areas that could be improved, which is what ultimately made me want to join.

My interview process was great! Really fast and complete. I didn't feel like I was doing unnecessary things, but I also felt like they really checked if I was a good fit for the role and the company. This made me confident that everyone hired would be a good addition to the team. I'm so glad that the company culture and my specific skills were a big part of the process. It also moved quickly and smoothly, and I never had to chase my recruiter or hiring manager for updates or info. The offer process was also very clear.

Had a couple of initial calls, then moved on to a video interview with the hiring manager, some peers, and the HRBP. The interview itself felt positive; the panelists were knowledgeable and there seemed to be a good sense of teamwork and shared goals for the open role. I was excited after leaving to hear about moving forward. Unfortunately, over a month has passed with no updates or word on my status.
