The interview process felt hurried and impersonal. They seemed unclear about my background and experience, despite me providing all the details beforehand. When I asked questions, their answers were vague and seemed to be dismissed as unimportant. It definitely left a poor first impression.

I went through 3 rounds. First was with the Eng head and their subordinate, discussing the technical side of the job. Then a Panel Interview with Product, Design, and Dev teams, where they asked me scenario-based questions. Lastly, an HR round for the final discussion.

The interview process had four rounds, including meetings with two directors, the VP of Engineering, and the CPO, in addition to the initial recruiter call. The interviews were spread over two weeks, and they were flexible with scheduling. Everything was very casual and done over Zoom. All the conversations felt personal and were really insightful, and I learned a lot about the company.

Started with a good phone interview with Talent Acquisition. But the next video interview with the Call Centre hiring team was terrible. They shot down my answers and belittled my 10 years of account management experience. When I asked about AI in SaaS and training needs, they dismissed my questions and seemed rushed. This whole experience was disappointing, and my 15+ years in sales have never shown such unprofessionalism.
