I had one interview, and they wanted to know about my teaching style and how I get students involved. I had to pick a subject and give a short practice lesson to the interviewer. This showed them how I teach and how I can change things for different learners.

They are VERY quick to let you know if you go onto the next stage of the interviewing process and they try hard to keep it that way. Communication is a very important factor for the company. After getting to know me for the first call, the immediately sent me a Take Home test with 3 hours to complete (more than enough time). Then the reviewed it in literally less than 10 minutes and told me i passed and immediately set up the final step in the review process; a teaching demo. They give you a simple lesson plan, then you teach, the critique something from the lesson, you teach that part of the lesson they want you to change up for another 5 minutes or so and done!

I received an email via LinkedIn and we scheduled a call. Following that call, they sent over a substantial list of requirements for me to complete, even though I'd mentioned to the recruiter that I wasn't an expert. The recruiter assured me expertise wasn't necessary as they needed someone for an introductory course. The very next day, they emailed to say they weren't interested in moving forward. Definitely don't waste your time with this company.
