Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Thrive15.
Marketing Assistant
It was a really fun and welcoming interview experience. Upon arrival, I was met with smiles and a great vibe! After getting my paperwork, I waited for my scheduled time. Clay Clark came to get me, and his energy was so warm and inviting. The interview felt relaxed and refreshing, and I was able to be myself easily.
- Can you tell me about something that makes you unique?
Marketing Assistant
So when I got there, someone super nice greeted me and showed me around. The interview was a group thing where we all said our names and asked questions about the job or company. After that, they set up a shadow day where I got to see all the different jobs at the company. It was a pretty cool process and really helped me figure out if it was the right fit.
- Could you tell me your name?
- Where are you presently employed?
- Do you have any questions for me?
Marketing Assistant
The interview process was quite unique and open, unlike other experiences I've had. They really look for people who are eager to learn and grow with them. The company's values are front and center from the moment you arrive, so it's important that your own values align. Doing your homework on the company beforehand will give you a clear picture of what to expect.
- They provided a list of questions for the group interview, and if they felt you were a good fit, you would then schedule a job shadow day.
