The office vibe was cool and chill, which helped with my nerves before the interview. I got to chat with the owner and ask them anything I wanted. They were super nice and let me bring up any worries I had about the job and what they expected. After the interview, they had me shadow someone the next day, and then they offered me the job. It was a totally different experience, in a good way, compared to other interviews I've done. I liked being able to talk to the person in charge and felt like I could get all my questions answered before starting.
- Could you please state your name?
- What is your place of origin?
- Do you have any questions for me?

It was a group interview where they give you a paper to fill out and then you can ask questions. It was short, and the boss sounds cool.
- Ensure you've researched the company sufficiently and consider your strengths and growth aspirations before applying.
Marketing Assistant
So when I got there, someone super nice greeted me and showed me around. The interview was a group thing where we all said our names and asked questions about the job or company. After that, they set up a shadow day where I got to see all the different jobs at the company. It was a pretty cool process and really helped me figure out if it was the right fit.
- Could you tell me your name?
- Where are you presently employed?
- Do you have any questions for me?
Marketing Assistant
The interview process was quite unique and open, unlike other experiences I've had. They really look for people who are eager to learn and grow with them. The company's values are front and center from the moment you arrive, so it's important that your own values align. Doing your homework on the company beforehand will give you a clear picture of what to expect.
- They provided a list of questions for the group interview, and if they felt you were a good fit, you would then schedule a job shadow day.
