I applied online and after about a week, I had a preliminary interview that felt very rushed, lasting only about 9 minutes. The interviewer was very fast-paced and the office tried too hard to seem cool and fun. The next day, I was asked to come in for a full day of interviews from 9 am to 5:30 pm. However, upon arrival, they mentioned interviewing over 200 people and cut my interview time down to about 45 minutes. This interview was with a gentleman who focused on my work history and the company, but didn't discuss daily tasks or salary. Afterward, I completed a questionnaire and met again with the first interviewer. She spoke quickly again and expressed hesitation about offering me the job, calling me a "B", but then offered it very quickly. My request for a formal offer letter was ignored, and I was given only a few hours to respond. The whole experience felt sketchy.

I applied online and got a call 2 days later to set up an in-person interview. Since I go to college out of town, they were able to set up a Skype interview with me. I spoke to their assistant manager on Skype. I appreciated them accommodating me for an online interview.

You apply online and get a quick call back for a face-to-face interview. The interview could be with anyone from the head person to an assistant manager or trainer. If you get a second interview, you'll spend the whole day shadowing a trainer and another trainee, which can be a bit awkward. During the shadow day, you'll answer questions and fill out a sheet about the businesses you visit. At lunch, they'll explain the job is 100% commission with performance-based growth. In the afternoon, you're encouraged to talk to customers and ask your own questions. Afterward, the interviewer will give their recommendation to the head person. You'll complete a questionnaire about your day and then wait. Finally, there's a last interview with the person in charge, where you'll either get an offer or be rejected. They sometimes offer the job to people who don't seem like a good fit. They might also ask you to drive them around during the interview, which is not ideal.
