I started with a recruiter call, then I was invited onsite to meet the site director and other leaders. The environment felt welcoming. I really enjoyed meeting the team, and I felt it was a good match. After that, I had a virtual meeting with the Sr. Director of Fulfillment, which was impressive and increased my confidence in the company's future. The whole process was clear, punctual, and pleasant.

After I applied, I was contacted right away. The phone interview went pretty smoothly. It was tough to set up my second interview because of the holidays, but the recruiters were flexible with my schedule. The second interview was an on-site panel that lasted about 2 hours. My third interview was a quick 20-minute Zoom call. My advice is to not wait too long to get back to candidates, or they might find other jobs.
