My experience with Thrive Market's recruiting team was great from beginning to end! Danny and everyone were really welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond at every stage — I never felt out of the loop. The interviews were thorough and organized over 8 rounds. It started with a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager chat, followed by interviews with peers in design, analytics, and engineering. After that, I had a bar raiser interview with the SVP and marketing, then a case study with a presentation. Finally, there was a face-to-face meeting. After that, sending in my background check and references was super easy and smooth. Everything felt deliberate and respected my time, with clear communication throughout, making a typically stressful process feel totally doable. So thankful for the amazing team. I got an email about an interview late on Christmas Eve. The link took me to a pre-recorded interview with 5 questions. I had 3 tries for each question, but the software was super slow, so I'm not sure if my answers were submitted right. They said I'd hear back in 2-4 days. Since it was the holidays, I waited till after New Year's. When I didn't hear back, I emailed them, but got no response. Totally ghosted.

So before the actual face to face interview, I had to record myself answering 3 questions. Once they approved that, then I got scheduled for the face to face. It was remote and I met with 3 different people one after another: the team leader, operations manager, and sr. operations manager. Each meeting was only 20 minutes and they went by super fast. They each told me about the company culture and asked if I had questions. The questions were pretty standard, mostly 'how would you handle' type stuff. They made it really comfortable and I stopped being nervous pretty quickly.

The interview process at Thrive Market was smooth and seamless! After I applied to the job it took about two weeks to hear back that I got an intro interview with HR. After that they told me I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that I got three more interviews with the team, and finally I got an interview with the VP. HR emailed me right away after the interviews to tell me the overall feedback was positive. I found out I got the job two days after my last interview- I've never had an interview process move so quickly and seamlessly! The team was super friendly and I had an amazing experience!
