I interviewed with Thrive Global and it was one of the most unprofessional interview processes I've been through. The recruiter didn't seem to know much about the steps involved and communication was really bad. During the interview, the recruiter seemed uninterested, distracted, and disengaged. They even left for 20 minutes because they double-booked the time slot. I was told I'd move to the next round, and even gave my availability, but never heard back after that. Being ghosted like that shows a lack of professionalism and respect. I'm sure the company is great, but the recruitment process needs serious improvement.

I found the process to be quick and efficient, though it involved a fair amount of LeetCode-style problems. The conversations were pleasant and covered the typical interview stages. In the end, my preparation and technical skills weren't enough.

My interview with Thrive was a really good experience. I didn't get an offer, but I felt like I got to show what I could do. Both interviewers were super nice and really took the time to get to know me and my career goals. The live coding part, which can be pretty stressful, was handled really well. The interviewer made it feel like we were working on a problem together, gave clear guidance, and managed the pace so I never felt completely stuck. After the interview, I got clear and helpful feedback on how I did.
