Got a call the day after I applied. The office was a bit tricky to find. After checking in, someone came out a few minutes later and asked me typical interview questions. They said they'd call me that afternoon if I advanced, but she didn't really answer my questions. BUT, be warned, this isn't really a marketing job at all. It's basically just selling stuff at Costco/Sam's clubs.

I got a call a few days after sending in my resume. The person on the phone was really nice and told me a lot about the company and what to expect in the interview. I went in for the first interview, and there were three in total. The person who interviewed me was super informative about the job and how I could grow with the company. I ended up getting through the other two interviews and got the job offer within 5 days.

The first in-person interview felt rushed. The company, Thrive/Presence Events, seemed desperate to fill positions quickly. Their website and job postings were vague about consumer interaction, but the in-person interview clarified the role involves selling products at Costco or Sam's Club, including weekend work. The interviewer rushed through the position description and asked questions in an off-putting manner. I decided not to proceed to the next interview.
