You have to apply online now, but before you could put a CV in the store. Once you have applied online and did a skills test, successful applicants will be screened for a telephone interview. The telephone interview lasts around 20 minutes, questions are three related and about sales, such as what is the most important part of a sale. Applicants get an email after the telephone interview to meet with the store or assistant store manager/s. The interview is face to face and very relaxed, they have a copy of your CV in front of them and are looking for you to ask questions and WOW them. The manager of my store looks for eye contact, rapport building and previous sales experience. When you leave you may or may not receive a phone call from the manager giving you the job.

Behavioral Group Presentation

I applied online and got a response the next day to schedule a phone interview. This initial call was general questions and lasted about 20 minutes. I was told I passed and would be invited to a face-to-face/small group interview. That took place about a week later. It was in a big room with two other people applying and three managers. We did one-on-one interviews and then a group presentation task. I found out a week later I got the job, and then started a couple of weeks after that.

Behavioral

I got my role at Three through a charity employability program, but the training and interview process were pretty much the same as what external candidates go through. I was given a date, time, and location for the interview, with a standard setup and dress code. It felt pretty chill, and I didn't feel any pressure. I did get nervous when I wasn't sure about some answers, but the interviewer was patient and didn't rush me, letting me take my time.
