So before you even get to the interviews, there's a testing round. It's got a numerical reasoning test, a situational judgement test, and a deductive reasoning test. The situational judgement one is like an email chat room where you gotta reply to people, like, consistently and efficiently, choosing your response from 4-5 options. The deductive reasoning is a shape test, kinda like Sudoku, where you have to figure out which shape goes in the grid.

The interview process started with submitting a CV. After that, candidates had to complete online aptitude tests and a situational judgement test. The situational judgement test lasted 25 minutes and involved responding to messages on a virtual phone, prioritizing them by importance. The aptitude tests included a 6-minute test with shapes similar to sudoku and a 6-minute numerical test where the task was to analyze tables and data to determine if statements were true, false, or not mentioned.

Behavioral Group Presentation

I filled out an online assessment form with standard details and attached my CV. A few weeks later, the head of the program called me for a quick phone interview, mostly competency-based questions. About a week after that, I was invited to an assessment day the following week. The day involved a group ice breaker and a group exercise/discussion. I then had a 15-minute presentation slot, choosing my own topic based on a brief I received by email beforehand. Afterward, I had a one-on-one interview with a nice person, followed by a tour. Everyone was really friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I actually enjoyed it and would recommend Three.
