I had an interview that seemed to go well, but I asked about job security after training and was told that employees are reviewed and the job isn't always secure. This question came up because people I know who worked there lost their jobs after 3 months, and I needed security. I didn't get the job, and later found out from a team member that my one question was the reason.
- In the group interview, we listened to two phone calls and had to identify which employee was pushy and rude.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.

The typical process for this kind of job. First, there was a phone screening to check my CV and confirm my availability and suitability. Then, a pre-interview was set up, which involved standard tests and questionnaires common in this industry. After passing this stage (which is quite easy if you focus on customer service in your answers), I proceeded to a one-on-one interview. This interview focused on assessing my abilities in handling calls, teamwork, time management, and achieving goals.
- How many years of experience do you have?
- Can you give an example of how you handled an irate customer?
- Describe a time you dealt with a difficult situation, either on the phone or at work.

I applied online and then had a phone interview. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview at the store in Burnley. They were interviewing lots of people that day, so I had to wait a while for my turn, even after my scheduled time. It turns out the waiting was part of the interview.
- Can you tell me something you learned about one of the staff members working today?
- What improvements would you suggest for the store?
- What is your understanding of the company Three?
