Customer Advisor
The process was pretty straightforward. They really want to know about your sales skills. Knowing about the product is good but it's not essential as you'll learn it on the job. Also, being good with people and building relationships with customers is important.
- What makes you want to join Three?
Customer Advisor
I started with an online assessment, then had a quick 10-minute chat with recruitment about my experience and availability. From that call, I was invited to an in-person interview that lasted over an hour. It was a one-on-one where they asked scenario questions based on company values, wanting detailed answers from past experiences. They really focused on the sales side of the role, so I'd highlight any sales experience you have. The interview itself was good, the managers were friendly and made me feel comfortable.
- Can you describe a past situation where you encountered conflict?
- Tell me about a time you provided feedback to someone.
- Describe an instance where you worked towards achieving specific targets.

Applied on a Saturday night and got invited to a video interview less than an hour later. Did the interview the next day. It was a bit intimidating, but they provide a lot of information and guidance. Each question gave 30 seconds to think and 90 seconds to answer. Researching beforehand helped me fill the time for each question. Didn't hear back for 4 days until a call about availability. They decided my college schedule wouldn't allow for the full 16 hours, suggesting I apply for a 12-hour role if available.
- Tell me about your motivation for joining Three and your long-term career aspirations.
- Describe an instance where you experienced or delivered excellent customer service.
- What's your perspective on why customers should explore our products and how these products can benefit them?
