The interview process was quite chaotic. I was initially told I'd be moving on to the next stage, but then I was completely ghosted. The job was advertised again a few months later, which makes me think it was just poor management.

It was a bunch of phone calls with different people. First, a recruiter, then two managers. I also had to do a case study with almost no notice. I was definitely qualified, but didn't get their entry-level job. I just got a generic email from the recruiter saying thanks for trying, even though I was away on vacation. They didn't even call me, especially since I was so far into the process. I asked for feedback, but the recruiter ghosted me. I guess they didn't get their commission, so no reason to talk to me anymore. Really unprofessional from the recruiter.
