The interview process was way too long. I had an initial call with the recruiter, then a project-related interview, followed by five more interviews. This all happened within a month. While everyone was really nice, having six interviews in total felt like a waste of everyone's time.

The interview process with Thrasio was awesome! HR first reached out about a Tech Analyst role. They were super organized and on time with scheduling calls, following up, and keeping communication clear. I went through 5 interview rounds (1 screening, 4 calls with the team). The interviews focused on getting to know me and seeing if I'd fit the team. They mixed skill/experience questions with typical interview questions. I didn't get the first job because of experience, but HR contacted me a month later about this new opening, thinking I'd be a perfect fit. After a chat with my HR contact and the hiring manager, they offered me the job! It was totally unexpected but one of the easiest decisions ever – I accepted right away!

I had a phone call with the recruiter, and honestly, it was a letdown. She was pleasant enough, but she didn't seem to grasp what I was trying to convey about my skills relevant to the role. The conversation felt rushed, and I was interrupted a few times. I felt like I was just another applicant in a system, not an individual.
