Office Manager
They rescheduled the first phone interview but then didn’t show up for the call, and also didn’t respond to emails sent afterwards. Ghosting par excellence. Quite disappointing, especially since I saw all the positive Glassdoor reviews.

Manager
This was the most unorganized application process I've experienced so far. It started with a phone interview during which the talent acquisition person shared personal information that was inappropriate for the setting, and ended with a confusing email following up with promises to connect with me again after 6+ weeks of radio silence. I highly suspect that my resume was pushed along to a different role than I had applied for, but the talent acquisition person forgot to share the position with me or even tell me. This turned out not to matter, however, as the acquisition person went permanently dark and I never heard from them again.

Senior Manager
The process was really thorough but also felt really welcoming and encouraging. All the people I interacted with were super kind. The questions were challenging, which I took as a good sign that they're serious about what they do. It seemed like everyone there had positive things to say about the company.
