General Manager
The DM reaches out for a phone interview. If they see you're a good fit but live far away, they'll try to connect you with other DMs in your area.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle complaints.
General Manager
Applied online, got a call in 2 days. Had a phone interview. Then a face to face interview that went really well, with basic questions about my past work and some behavior based questions. I was called back to interview with the District Manager. He was pretty laid back and made it comfy. It went so great I got a call within 30 mins to set up a final interview with the Regional Manager. That one also went great. Everyone's really down to earth and chill. Got a job offer two days later.
- What's your previous work history like?
- Can you give me some examples of your behavior in past work situations?
General Manager
I interviewed remotely for this role, as I was considering moving to Louisville. The entire team I interacted with across all three interviews was professional and supportive. We talked about the job's responsibilities and also about living in Louisville and the surrounding areas. They were happy to answer my questions and understood that this was a significant decision for my family and me.
- Could you describe your approach to management?
- In your opinion, what qualities define a good leader?
