After applying online, I went through one in-person interview. This involved meeting with two different groups of attorneys, one group of associates and one group of partners. About two weeks later, I got a phone call with the offer, and the formal offer letter arrived in the mail not long after.

I applied for a Summer Associate role via my law school's career center. The first interview was a personality test and felt very casual, with a partner and a junior associate interviewing me. The second round involved coming into the office for three 20-minute interviews with different partners. These were all very relaxed and comfortable, mainly asking standard questions. A few days later, I received an email saying I wouldn't get an offer.
