It was a pleasant experience, they are very welcoming for a boutique law firm and were very respectful and professional. They verify EVERYTHING , so take a pen, as there is a lot of paper work to be submitted. Also, they perform a private investigation on you which can take up to 3 days. No offer yet as they are still investigating but I pray to be on board! This seems like an excellent place to work!

I applied for a Summer Associate role via my law school's career center. The first interview was a personality test and felt very casual, with a partner and a junior associate interviewing me. The second round involved coming into the office for three 20-minute interviews with different partners. These were all very relaxed and comfortable, mainly asking standard questions. A few days later, I received an email saying I wouldn't get an offer.

Had a phone call with the national hiring partner first, just a quick chat. Then they sent me to the partners in the local office. After that, I went to their office in St. Paul for an in-person interview with the partners. Then had to fill out a bunch of stuff for a background check.

It was a casual interview. It was more of a description of the firm than an interview about myself. They asked all the snowball questions. It was an overall good experience. If anything it was good interview practice.
