I applied for the job and it took 3 weeks to hear back, then they quickly scheduled the interview. The interview itself was relaxed and easy going. The interviewer was very kind and wanted to have a casual organization. Questions focused on behavior responses rather than relevant experience.

So I had this panel interview, there were two women and they were really nice. About 15 minutes into it, the lawyer who I would report to came in. He interrupted them and asked me the same questions I already answered. Then, while one of the women was asking me another question, he interrupted again and said he had to go to a meeting and left. That was it for the interview and I left. It was a terrible experience.

Behavioral Technical

This role was posted way back in April 2023, and it's already September 2023. They keep reposting it to reset the date. I had an interview scheduled, but the interviewer wasn't available, so someone who would have reported to me if I got the job ended up interviewing me. Then they tried to schedule a second interview, and the person was a no-show again after I waited 30 minutes.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process started with a quick 30-minute phone chat. The recruiter was mainly interested in hearing about my past work experience and how it connects to this role. They went over the job duties, the salary range, and the benefits package. We also discussed four upcoming assessments, the next interview stage, and the general timeline for a potential offer. After that, there are four assessments: one on Texas Civil Procedure, another on aptitude and personality, a third on Microsoft Office and internet searching skills, and a fourth involving a memo. If all goes well after the video interview, an offer should be extended within 7-10 days.
