I applied online and got a recruiter call for a phone interview. After that, I was invited to the store for an in-person interview. I started by filling out forms, then took an English and a Maths test (20 mins for both, which was plenty of time). Next, I had an interview with two people; one asked questions while the other took notes. They asked about my experience, how I handle tough situations, and what I could contribute to the company. Finally, there was a role-play where I had to act out a given scenario with the recruiter. I enjoyed it, though I get why it might scare some people off, but if you really want the job, go for it. The whole thing took about 2 hours.

Behavioral Case Presentation

So I had this interview with two managers, and then we did a role play thing. The interview part was mostly about my personality and how I'd handle different situations. One manager would ask questions, and the other would jot down my answers. The role play was basically a standard travel agent scenario. It felt pretty professional and fitting for the job.

I've completed two online assessments. The first part involved questions that were quite straightforward, mainly about identifying crucial details within given paragraphs. I had a reasonable amount of time to review them. However, the mathematics section was different; it indicated about 2 minutes per question, but in reality, the timer appeared for only 15 seconds to view the questions and then another 10 seconds to solve and answer before moving on. This felt unfair, especially for long division problems.
