It was good, in-depth, and relevant. They used role plays and lots of scenarios with questions. You need to have examples of situations you've handled. Customer service is important for this travel role. Having knowledge is also a huge benefit.

It was a 5 stage process: 1 round of Group Discussion (GD), followed by an Aptitude test which is easy if you're prepared. After that, there were 3 rounds of interviews, and these could have been a panel interview.
