Customer Service Representative
I applied for the Customer Service Representative role, but ended up doing an online interview for a Holiday Representative position. It was a computer-based interview, so I couldn't ask questions or talk to anyone. I went through with it, even though I wasn't really ready because I had applied for a different job.
- Tell me about your customer service skills.

After that, there was an individual interview. Finally, there was a week-long training with more assessments and tasks, and then they offered me the job.
