It was a friendly interview. I met some of the staff while waiting, which was nice. I also did a basic math test before the interview. Overall, it was a really nice experience.

I originally applied for a different position but was asked if I would consider interviewing for this. You start with a application then have a online test judging your English and reading skills. I then had a telephone conversation and attended an assessment day. Nice open plan contact centre, friendly staff and lots of love attributes. Looks like a good place to work, managers sit at open desks, no negative hierarchy. I declined as I felt it wasn’t the right job for me personally but defiantly would be for someone passionate about travel.

I applied online in September. Got a call three weeks later saying the position was filled, but offered an opportunity in another store in a different location, which I agreed to consider. Three days later, I had a successful telephone interview. The following week, I had a 1.5-hour in-person interview with Maths and English tests, a role play, and competency-based questions. They were happy with my performance and test results. It's been two weeks with no feedback, despite initial promises of next-day feedback and later an email saying they'd get back to me the following week. It felt like a waste of time as they didn't even provide feedback.
