Account Manager
Good overall experience, not a long interviewing process which is refreshing. Anthony reached out via LinkedIn to look at an opening for the Account Manager role. First screening was a success as he was able to take a call over the weekend when my schedule changed and had to reschedule. Felt like I could ask him any questions even about the company outside of the role I was interviewing for. Elizabeth and Suzzana were pleasant to interview with in person. Even though I didn’t receive an offer, I would definitely entertain other opportunities with Thnks down the road. Pros: no panel interview, welcoming people, not a long interviewing process Cons: not sure how to take seeing other candidates come in interviewing same day,
- Tell me about successful client initiatives you've implemented.
Account Manager
The HR rep was nice, but left me hanging a lot, I had to chase them for replies. The interview had an HR screening then an in-person interview at their Franklin, TN office. They said I didn't have enough experience, which was weird since I've been in this field for almost 7 years. The company requires a 4-day in-office work week, which feels like a lot given today's WFH culture, especially with the commute.
- It felt like I was the one asking most of the questions during this awkward interview.
Account Manager
I got through two rounds of the interview process. The team was really nice, and I've heard great things about working there. I guess they could tell I wasn't really interested in the role from the questions I asked, so it makes sense why things stopped there. Overall, it was a good experience though and worth applying!
- Were you comfortable with a 4-day in-office work week?
