Data Analyst
I applied and heard back really fast, the interview was set up for the same day. It felt pretty chill and conversational, not intense at all. The hiring manager was cool and we just chatted. They asked about how I learn things and how I like to work. Also, they laid out what the job is about and what they're looking for.
- How do you learn things?
- Can you tell me about your work methods?
Account Manager
Good overall experience, not a long interviewing process which is refreshing. Anthony reached out via LinkedIn to look at an opening for the Account Manager role. First screening was a success as he was able to take a call over the weekend when my schedule changed and had to reschedule. Felt like I could ask him any questions even about the company outside of the role I was interviewing for. Elizabeth and Suzzana were pleasant to interview with in person. Even though I didn’t receive an offer, I would definitely entertain other opportunities with Thnks down the road. Pros: no panel interview, welcoming people, not a long interviewing process Cons: not sure how to take seeing other candidates come in interviewing same day,
- Tell me about successful client initiatives you've implemented.
Account Executive
This was far from a pleasant interview process. Person I interviewed with seemed very uninterested and preoccupied through the whole thing. Went through this process just to get ghosted. I reached out a couple times and they claimed "they haven't made a decision yet." It was obvious I wasn't going to get it, but I just wanted a definitive answer.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Customer Success Manager
The whole interview process felt unprofessional. The interviewer was late and unprepared. My time wasn't respected, which was a shame because I liked what I researched about the company.
- Can you tell me what salary you are expecting?
