Interviewers were great, three experts from different domains interviewed me. They weren't dominating, they tried to understand what was needed for business requirements. They don't just ask questions from Google, if you've genuinely worked, you can answer them. No need to study interview patterns, just focus on basics and experience.

It was a campus drive, so initially 2 rounds were informed. Round 1 was an aptitude online test for about 40 minutes with 26 questions covering maths, verbal, and logical reasoning. Round 2 was a GD round, where we had to discuss 1 self-decided topic and 2 topics given by them. The GD lasted for about 30 minutes. Round 3 was a technical interview focusing on projects, DBMS concepts, and OOPM. Round 4 was a management interview to assess the candidate's thought process. Round 5 was an HR interview with basic HR questions, a scenario question to check RDBMS comfort, and finally, salary discussion leading to an offer. The whole process took 3 days as it was a pool campus for the Mumbai job location.

Behavioral Presentation

This hiring process was a complete disaster, worse than anything I've seen in my 20 years in IT. The recruiter who contacted me didn't understand the role, couldn't clarify salary or benefits, and kept changing the job requirements. Despite my initial lack of interest, they relentlessly pursued me until I agreed to proceed. I regret not trusting my gut feeling and saving myself the trouble. Don't waste your time here. If their hiring practices are this disorganized and unethical, using them as a vendor would likely be a bad decision too.
