It was pretty chill, they seemed more interested in my personality and proof of past successes. The interviews were on Zoom. The first one was short, covering the company and a bit about me. The second one dove a little deeper into my background and included a presentation that answered most of the questions I might have had. The third round got more serious, where we discussed the nitty-gritty details, and there was a possibility of getting a job offer. It's a direct sales role, but if that's your thing, they have a solid program with good chances to advance and earn well right from the start.

It was a quick group interview setting. They really like a teamwork style that's inclusive. We met on Zoom in a round table setup. They are searching for sellers who are motivated to push products. Everyone seemed really nice and friendly. It's an entry level sales job.

It's 3 interviews total. You'll meet the CEO on the first day, then on the second day, you'll have an interview on site. The third day will be with either the CEO again or another executive, or maybe both. You have to travel from the office to the on-site location, which is usually a Sam's Club.
