Frontend Engineer
The interview process started with a 45-minute initial chat about my current/most recent job and my reasons for seeking a new opportunity. Following that, there was a take-home assignment that ended up taking more time than initially suggested. After submitting the take-home, I had a longer, 1.5-hour interview where we discussed my past experience in more detail. They sent over some articles to help prepare for each stage, which was helpful, although not all the topics in the articles were covered during the interviews.
- Regarding your previous role or company, what aspects did you find most appealing?
- Conversely, what did you like least about your previous role or company?
- Can you explain your motivations for seeking a new position?

Went through a process that started with a chat with HR and a tech person, followed by a coding challenge. Then, there was a second interview to go over the code challenge and talk about career paths. They also did a reference check with past employers to confirm everything. Finally, they made a job offer.
- What made you decide to join your present employer?
Front End Developer
