Site Coordinator
Be careful applying here. I was offered a position and put in a week's notice with a previous employer. Signed the offer and did my TB test and background check. About a week later (after a surprise 3rd interview the day before), my offer was rescinded. If you apply just keep the door with a previous employer open.
- What's your approach when an employee calls in sick or needs to leave early?
Site Coordinator
First you fill out the application online. It asks for your past employers, references, and a cover letter. Then there's a phone interview. After that, you have a face to face interview with two QAC/T, who will be your supervisor. If that goes well, you'll have a second interview with the General Manager and a senior staff member. If that also goes well, you'll be interviewed by the principal of the school, who makes the final decision if you both will be a match.
- What would you do if there was a conflict between two people?
- How have you dealt with a situation where someone was rude to a parent?
- What steps would you take to connect with parents?
Site Coordinator
I chatted with the recruiter, then had two interview rounds. The first was a 30-minute phone screen, followed by a 30-minute to 1-hour Zoom call with the GM. The interviews went well, mostly focusing on who I am and why I think I'd be a good fit, as they're looking for someone coachable. I do feel like some key details about the role were left out, which makes me a bit hesitant, but I accepted the position and will see how training goes.
- Can you tell me about your supervision experience?
- What experience do you have working with children?
- How would you approach working with college-aged kids?
