First I had a call with HR, then a 40-50 min teams interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited on site for the final interviews where I met with a few different people, including the hiring manager. Overall it was a good experience.

HR reached out to me to schedule an interview for the Control Systems role, which was set for 5 days after their initial email. Waiting that long made me anxious, as most companies try to schedule interviews sooner. On the interview day, I joined the remote session 30 minutes early to ensure my setup was correct for the 3pm-4pm slot. However, no one joined the call at the scheduled time. I attempted to contact the provided email and phone number, but received no response for an hour and a half. At 5pm, an hour after the interview was supposed to end, I finally received an email with an apology for being 'stuck in a meeting,' which I felt should have been communicated much sooner. No further communication followed. They offered to reschedule, and I responded promptly. The next day, they informed me they had decided to proceed with another candidate. I'm very disappointed with this entire experience and found the lack of professionalism surprising, especially given the company's positive reviews and community image.

The interview process has four stages in total. I was interviewed at HQ, NJ. The interview itself went well, but unfortunately, I did not receive an offer, which I feel is because they weren't looking for the specific type of talent I possess. There were assessment tests, but they didn't allow enough time to complete them. The questions asked during the interview were tough and unusual. The overall recruitment process was unnecessarily lengthy.
