The job postings were everywhere, in cities and villages across America, all with the same description. They asked basic questions, but I suspect it was just for data collection. There were fake video interviews, and I don't think there was any chance of getting good news or an offer. Don't waste your time.

after passing an initial screening, I had to complete a multi-part online technical test. The first video interview was okay, but apparently ITSC has an employee pay model that goes against the Fair Labor Standards Act. They mentioned that the initial training is about 8-10 days and is unpaid (which is illegal), and that as hourly employees on a support team not assigned to a single client, I'd only be paid for time actively spent with clients at the full rate of $30.50 per hour. Time spent researching a client issue is paid at 75% of that rate (legally questionable), or if I'm on the clock during a shift with no work due to no fault of my own, I don't get paid at all (highly illegal). They justify this by saying it

It was a long and thorough process because they want to make sure that whoever they hire is really eager and ready to put in the work. It started with an initial phone call screening to make sure you know some IT stuff, then onto an informal video interview where you record your answers based on questions asked. If you were successful in that, you were asked to do 2 assessment tests, and if you were successful in those, then you're onto the formal interview with one of the recruiters to get to know more about yourself and the position. Then a follow-up call.
