Their communication practices are quite unprofessional. Emails often don't get a response, and interviews or assessments are poorly managed. For example, one interview started 10 mins late, and another assessment that was scheduled never even happened. Then, I got a random email with a new time and date that worked for them, without asking me first. Also, the rates they offer are super low—£14 for face-to-face interpretation is just not reasonable. Because of all this, I wouldn't suggest working with this company.

Only one round because I had prior experience. The interviewer was very nice and helpful, and the process was quick. I was given an account to access their systems.

I applied via email and got a call to check if I was eligible. Then I got more emails about the phone interview, the phone call itself, and then the email offer. The interview did ask about situation behaviours, like if I had worked with police, in hospitals, courts etc., and what I would do in those situations.
