Interpreter
Their communication practices are quite unprofessional. Emails often don't get a response, and interviews or assessments are poorly managed. For example, one interview started 10 mins late, and another assessment that was scheduled never even happened. Then, I got a random email with a new time and date that worked for them, without asking me first. Also, the rates they offer are super low—£14 for face-to-face interpretation is just not reasonable. Because of all this, I wouldn't suggest working with this company.

Project Manager
Applied online and got a call from HR for a screening and to set up an interview. The screening was normal and the interview was set for Skype the next week. No confirmation email came, and on interview day, the interviewer didn't show up. Called HR, no answer for a while, but later got a call explaining an emergency that caused the no-show. They rescheduled for the next week, but then there were technical issues. The interview started, and halfway through, it seemed like the interviewer was distracted by emails or messages. Then, another person joined, making it kind of a panel interview. The whole thing felt a bit unprofessional.

Product Manager
I applied online for the job and HR reached out for a quick phone chat. After that, we set up a one-on-one interview. When I got there, the staff and interviewers were nice. The interview felt right, relevant to the job, and pretty much what I expected. We talked about the job as it was advertised and the questions were about that. Nothing crazy. I got a job offer over the phone a day or two later and accepted. But here's the kicker: two days after I started, they told me I was actually hired for a more senior role and had a new contract ready, but my salary was for the lower position. They never gave me a chance to talk about the higher role or the pay for it. HR acted like they just 'forgot' to mention it and that it was obvious from the start. Later, when I was hiring people myself, I saw HR and management doing similar shady things to trick candidates into offers. It really left a bad impression, and the HR department doesn't seem to care about using these underhanded tactics. Just a heads-up!
- Were there any particularly challenging questions asked during the interview?
Software Tester
The interview process was good. It started with a telephonic round, followed by a written exam, and then a face-to-face interview with the Test Manager and a Business Analyst. The process was mostly conversational, focusing on my current role, asking for real-time examples, and comparing them with the company's projects.
