I had an in-office interview. First, I met with HR, and then I visited 3 to 5 different offices for short chats with employees. They gave me an offer about two weeks later, and I was told it was down to me and one other candidate.

It was very casual, they asked a few personal questions about my hobbies and passions. They also asked about my college studies and related experience on my resume. They also tried to gauge my understanding of Public Relations as a whole.

I applied online through Linkedin. They called me the next day to schedule an interview. After making me wait for over 30 minutes, the HR manager interviewed me. She explained the position in detail and talked a lot about the "Z" factor and their "wow" factor, emphasizing how they always go above and beyond. After I sent a follow-up thank you email, I waited weeks for a response. I sent a few more emails that went unanswered. After almost 2.5 months of waiting for an update, I was informed it was taking longer than expected and to "stay tuned." I never heard back, which felt very unprofessional and insincere for a company that claims to always go above and beyond.
