Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Weatherspoon Agencies.
Sales Representative
It was a thorough interview over zoom, where they went over the compensation package and daily schedule. We also reviewed how to make a sale using the provided script for success.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain why this role would be a good match for you?
Sales Representative
The interview was pretty quick and easy, all set up nicely. It was all online via Zoom. There were 2 main parts to it. First, you had to watch a webinar that gave a general idea of the company, and then complete a survey. If you did well on that, you'd move on to the second part, which was a one-on-one interview. This was also over Zoom because of social distancing. After that, if they thought you were a good match and you were engaging and asked questions, they might just offer you the job.
- Tell me why we should think about bringing you onto our team.
- In what ways can you bring value to our company and organization?
- What are your concerns about this role?
Sales Representative
The process was great, very kind and friendly. I asked a lot about the company. I will be working from home which is also a great plus since I have 4 kids in school.
- How many years of customer service experience do you have?
- What are your main goals?
