I applied online and then got a call for a phone interview where they asked about 4-5 questions about customer interactions. A week later, I had a face-to-face interview, and then I got the offer.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to handle an angry customer?
Team Member
The interview process was standard and went well. The interviewer was respectful and the atmosphere was relaxed and easy. You knew what to expect. They were on time, and the interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. This was a while ago, so things might be different now. Based on my experience, I would recommend it.
- What is your availability?
- Tell me about yourself.
- Can you tell me about a time you resolved a dispute?
Team Member
I applied online. First, I had to take a psychometric test. Then, I had an interview with the managers. The process was super smooth. All my documents were submitted online, and I even digitally signed the offer letter.
- Can you tell us about your experience?
