The interview process was quite relaxed and not at all stressful. I went through two interviews and also had a month of training at a different store before starting at my assigned store. The district manager created a welcoming atmosphere and seemed genuinely pleased to meet candidates.

I applied online and then spoke with the assistant manager, who was very nice. The interview was pretty smooth and asked basic questions. I then had a second interview with the manager. Again, basic questions, and the interview went well. The manager said he'd get back to me in a week. After that, communication stopped. I never got a follow-up call or email. When I followed up, they said they'd get back and then sent an email to 'hang in there.' Several weeks later, my email got no reply, and I heard they hired other candidates after I had to follow up. I wish they had been honest and professional, as their disorganization was apparent even before I was an employee. It would have been courteous to follow up, and I don't mind they hired someone else, I just wish they had been honest instead of ignoring my emails and leading me on. Managers, I know you're busy, but would you want to be treated this way?

They are looking for undergraduated people! if you don't have any clue of Vitamins and supplements you may get the job! otherwise they wont hire you! I have 6 years of experience in this industry with Naturopathic degree (ND) and I am telling you they are not professional in this business.
