The interview process was quite uncomfortable. The interview location seemed organized, though. The interviewer asked some basic questions. Given my background in health and wellness and my knowledge of supplementation and health products, I'm familiar with many aspects of the field. However, the interviewer was completely inflexible with scheduling, suggesting a poor work-life balance for a role offering only 15-20 hours a week. They knew my availability beforehand but proceeded with the interview anyway, which felt like a waste of time. Throughout the entire interview, I felt patronized, making it a less than ideal experience.

It was a four month process. The first few rounds of interviews went pretty fast, but then there was a 6-week period of silence while they hired the hiring manager. After that, I interviewed with them and then went for an on-site interview. They did check references, but ultimately didn't make an offer and wouldn't explain why. There was also a mix-up where the HR manager accidentally sent me a private email meant for someone with a similar name. It was just a disorganized experience all around.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was really long, with 5 main interview rounds plus some smaller chats with recruiting. I didn't get the job in the end, which was a bummer, but what really got me was how many meetings there were and how long it all took. The communication about not moving forward was super brief too, and I kind of expected more after going through so much.
