I applied for the Marketing Campaign Manager job by sending my CV. First, I had a phone chat with someone from talent acquisition. Then, I had a Teams call interview with the hiring manager and another person from the Marketing team. The interview felt good, they were nice and gave me lots of info. They said I'd hear back about the outcome in a few days. After about two weeks, I emailed them to ask for some feedback, but I never got a reply. This is the second time this has happened with The Very Group, not getting feedback after an interview.

The interview itself was very well conducted and the 2 guys on the panel were excellent and I thought the whole process was professional and well planned. Having come out feeling that I couldn't have done any better, I have no words for the follow up and feedback. After hearing nothing for 4 weeks and having other interviews in progress, I emailed them. 3 days later a reply to say I was overqualified and apologies for the silence!!
