I put in my application on Indeed and then got a call from one of the franchise owners to set up the interview. When I got there, they took me to the office in the store. They asked me some basic stuff, like how long I see myself staying and what my ultimate career goal is. They also mentioned I'd hear back about whether they'll hire me within a couple of days.
