I applied for a full-time Graphic Designer position. The interview was in a cramped office with boxes stacked high. The store owner offered different jobs than what I applied for, with lower pay and contingent on call hours, even though the position was full-time. There's overstaffing, lack of hours, and the store manager has to handle shipping packages too. The manager has a thick accent and is hard to understand, making communication difficult. It felt like a waste of time.

I got there on time and they made me wait over 45 minutes because the interviewer was busy with customers. I get it, but they should have been more prepared. The interview itself was pretty quick and they asked to the point questions. Overall, it was not a satisfying or professional experience.

The interview was really easy and informative. Even though they didn't have an open position at that moment, they still talked to me about potential future openings. We spoke on the phone about what the jobs in their office are like and when they might be hiring. They were very transparent about everything.
