I applied for this role and waited over two months for an initial assessment interview. Then I had to wait another two weeks for the actual interview, which ended up being less than 30 minutes. I wasn't too impressed with the company overall.

The whole thing took a month. First, a screening interview with the talent acquisition team. Then, a second interview with the unit manager. Nine days after that second interview, I heard back that I didn't get the job.

Submitted my application online and heard back from a recruiter about two weeks later. The interview process included an initial HR chat, followed by an interview with the unit manager and a group panel. The group panel can be pretty intimidating, so be ready for that. The questions in both interviews were pretty much what I expected. After that, I got the offer, set up my physical exam and drug screen, and started orientation in under a month. It was a really good experience interviewing and working at this awesome place. I definitely recommend it.
