First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The TJX Companies, Inc..
Programmer
The interview was online and lasted for about an hour with two interviewers. They asked me questions about the company and it was mostly a competency-based interview where I talked about my past experiences. It went pretty well, except for one point where they repeated a question to make sure they understood what I meant. I'd suggest looking into the company, like reading news about them. Also, think about your past projects and experiences.
