I was called in for an interview and got an offer on the spot after. The whole process took about a week. It was for a part-time role. The manager was pretty laid-back. They generally want at least a year of customer service experience before they'll even call you.

The interview process was super easy and very straightforward. They mainly asked about my availability and what position I was interested in. That was pretty much it. It's really easy, just be yourself. They did ask about credit cards, so it's good to say you're familiar with them.

First, I had to fill out a form, then I sat down with the employer to chat about my previous experience from my CV. They didn't even look at my form. I got an offer, but the hours weren't what they advertised – 'various hours' actually meant only 16, and you'd have to really hustle for more. I felt like they told me whatever I wanted to hear just to get me in because my CV was so strong.
