I spoke with HR, the hiring manager, the hiring manager's manager, and the VP of the department. All of these interviews were on different days. From what HR and the hiring manager said, the company seems to prefer in-person interviews over phone calls. The interviews were all pretty standard and I felt comfortable. The VP asked the tougher questions, specifically about how I've handled challenges in my past work. The hiring manager asked a lot of questions about BA skills and knowledge in different areas, like IT Security.

First, I talked to the recruiter on the phone. Then, I had an on-site interview. The recruiter told me about the benefits and total rewards, which sounded pretty good. She asked about my current benefits, PTO, and salary. After that, I met with the hiring manager. She was hard to understand and not very friendly, just asking a lot of questions without much conversation. I also met with some other Business Analysts who were really nice and explained what their jobs are like, how they work on projects, and with the team. Even though I didn't feel like I connected with the hiring manager, I was still interested in the job. I emailed the recruiter, and she responded the next day saying the job went to someone else. I later found out she wasn't truthful and they just didn't think I was a good fit.

The interview process started with a Hire-vue round. It had 7 questions in total, though one was just about placement preference and didn't involve video recording, and the last one was an open-ended question for any additional info. I'm not sure about the next steps yet.
