It was a 1-2-1 with the manager. They asked me competency-based questions and some about the business like why I want to work there and what I know about it. You really need to have done your homework. They also want you to look into TK Maxx and HomeSense and figure out how they are different from other retailers.

I interviewed with this company to help someone with a disability go through the process. The interviewer was really nice and actually spoke to the candidate instead of me, which doesn't happen often when someone has a disability. She mentioned that the hours were flexible and that they often rehire students during breaks. She also described the job as very independent, requiring the person to make their own decisions. My candidate had trouble with making decisions and self-direction. The interviewer thanked us for coming and I think she'd consider the candidate if there was a good fit.
