I first chatted with the talent acquisition team, then I met with the hiring manager, their manager, and also their manager's manager. They were really flexible with scheduling, got back to me quickly, and were super nice throughout. I got the offer about two weeks after my first interview.

The whole process was really smooth and fast in terms of reviewing and moving through the steps. It started with an application, then a personality and numerical test, followed by a video interview, and finished with a final assessment centre. The assessment centre was fantastic because it gave me a chance to see the Watford office and what they offer. I really enjoyed meeting some of the staff and getting a feel for the work environment, which I must say is very good with the facilities they have. The assessment centre had two parts: an interview and a group exercise.

Behavioral Case

The interview process was quite disorganized. It started with a 30-minute preliminary phone screening. Following that, I had a day of on-site interviews. Unfortunately, the person who did my initial screening was out of office and hadn't passed along any notes, so an HR representative had to conduct the exact same 30-minute interview again, asking all the same questions. I was also asked to complete a detailed employment form, but the HR interviewer then asked me very basic questions, even though all my information was right there on the forms she had. It felt very redundant and like a waste of time. An HR coordinator escorted me between interviewers, and was a bit strange, sharing personal stories which felt like oversharing. After more than 4 hours of interviews, I wasn't offered water or a bathroom break. The case questions were simple and mainly focused on logistics and the reason for wanting to work in retail. The overall disorganization, especially for a large, established company, made me doubt the company's internal organization and environment, and I lost interest in working there.
