The interview was okay, and they didn't ask me the usual strength/weakness questions. Instead, they mostly explained the company's process and history. They barely asked about my experience or what I could bring to the company. I turned down the offer due to their pay structure, which is a draw plus commission. With over a decade of experience in showrooms, I found this pay structure to be really low, especially since there wasn't much foot traffic. Only the store manager interviewed me.

I got a call the day after I applied online. We set up an interview for the following week. The phone call and the interview itself felt pretty chill. The person interviewing me was laid-back and nice. They went over what the job involves and talked about the company's mission and targets. I got to ask about the role too. We chatted about the work clothes, the shop hours, and shift timings. I felt like I understood what's expected and got a good vibe for the position.
